Baisser la vitesse du robot et ajouter d&rsquo;un coup les 4 jaunes, puis tout de suite la farine et la levure en pluie<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser imm\u00e9diatement la p\u00e2te sur la plaque de cuisson et \u00e9galiser la\nsurface avec une spatule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfourner 20 minutes. Laisser refroidir et d\u00e9couper deux rectangles correspondant \u00e0 la taille de la b\u00fbche. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9parer la feuilletine&nbsp;:<\/em><\/strong><em><br><br><\/em> Faire fondre le chocolat avec le pralin\u00e9 au bain marie.&nbsp;<br><br>Une fois le chocolat bien lisse, retirer le r\u00e9cipient du bain marie.&nbsp;<br><br>\u00c9mietter les cr\u00eapes dentelles et les ajouter \u00e0 l\u2019appareil.&nbsp;<br><br>\u00c9taler sur une feuille en silicone ou de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et r\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 1 heure.&nbsp;<br><br>Une fois la feuillantine prise, d\u00e9couper au couteau un rectangle de la m\u00eame taille que l\u2019un des rectangles de g\u00e9noise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9parer la mousse aux poires&nbsp;:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre la g\u00e9latine \u00e0 tremper dans un bol d\u2019eau froide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mixer 300 g de poires et faire chauffer sans porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter la g\u00e9latine soigneusement essor\u00e9e, bien m\u00e9langer et laisser ti\u00e9dir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monter la cr\u00e8me en chantilly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter la pur\u00e9e de poires en m\u00e9langeant d\u00e9licatement avec une spatule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Montage&nbsp;:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chemiser un\nmoule \u00e0 b\u00fbche d\u2019une feuille au motif choisi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser la\nmoiti\u00e9 de la mousse aux poires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9poser\nd\u00e9licatement les cubes de poires de fa\u00e7on uniforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poser le\npremier rectangle de g\u00e9noise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser le\nreste de la mousse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poser le\nrectangle de feuilletine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poser le\ndeuxi\u00e8me rectangle de g\u00e9noise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couvrir de\nfilm alimentaire et mettre au cong\u00e9lateur une nuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le jour de la\nd\u00e9gustation, porter le gla\u00e7age \u00e0 32\u00b0 en le r\u00e9chauffant doucement ou bain marie\nou au micro-ondes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9mouler la\nb\u00fbche, la d\u00e9poser sur une grille au dessus d\u2019un plat suffisamment grand pour\nr\u00e9cup\u00e9rer l\u2019exc\u00e9dent de gla\u00e7age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser le\ngla\u00e7age sur la b\u00fbche et d\u00e9corer selon les go\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pdfprnt-buttons pdfprnt-buttons-post pdfprnt-top-bottom-right\"><a href=\"https:\/\/jardingourmandisa.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fposts%2F978&print=print\" class=\"pdfprnt-button pdfprnt-button-print\" target=\"_blank\"><img src=\"https:\/\/jardingourmandisa.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/pdf-print\/images\/print.png\" alt=\"image_print\" title=\"Print Content\" \/><span class=\"pdfprnt-button-title pdfprnt-button-print-title\">Imprimer la recette<\/span><\/a><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Imprimer la recette No\u00ebl Imprimer la recette<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_mi_skip_tracking":false},"categories":[182,176,113,178],"tags":[30,146,12,32,38],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.7.2 -
