S&rsquo;y prendre la veille \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more voir la recette-->\n\n\n\n<h3>Les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4><em>Cette quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients permet de confectionner 2 brioches cuites dans 2 moules \u00e0 cake ! Diviser par deux pour une seule brioche.<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>350 g de farine <\/li><li> 3 g de sel&nbsp;<\/li><li> 70 g de lait&nbsp;ti\u00e8de<\/li><li> 1 \u0153uf entier + 6 jaunes d\u2019oeuf<\/li><li> 1 sachet de levure de boulanger&nbsp;<\/li><li> 80 g de sucre&nbsp;<\/li><li> 175 g de beurre ramolli<\/li><li>1 \u0153uf battu pour la dorure<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Comment faire :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans&nbsp; le bol du robot muni du crochet,\nverser la farine, le sel, le sucre et les \u0153ufs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, diluer la levure dans le lait ti\u00e8de puis verser dans le bol.<br>P\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te pendant 10 minutes minimum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter le beurre ramolli et p\u00e9trir \u00e0 vitesse 1 environ 2 min, puis passer \u00e0 la vitesse 2 et p\u00e9trir <strong>20 &nbsp;minutes.<\/strong><br> <br>La p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre hyper souple et tr\u00e8s \u00e9lastique. <br> <br>Couvrir le bol d&rsquo;un film alimentaire et laisser <strong>lever 3 heures<\/strong> (la p\u00e2te doit quasiment tripler de volume)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9gazer la p\u00e2te.
