A pr\u00e9parer la veille \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more voir a recette-->\n\n\n\n<h3>Les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Une dacquoise aux amandes<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>45 g de farine<\/li><li>120 g de poudre d\u2019amandes<\/li><li>150 g de sucre glace<\/li><li>4 blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/li><li>50 g de sucre en poudre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Un croustillant pralin\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>200g de pralinoise&nbsp;<\/li><li>10 cr\u00eapes dentelles<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Une mousse au chocolat au lait<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>120 g de chocolat au lait<\/li><li>75 ml de lait<\/li><li>1 feuille de g\u00e9latine<\/li><li>15 cl de cr\u00e8me fleurette<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Une mousse au chocolat blanc<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>200 g de chocolat blanc<\/li><li>10<\/li><li>150 ml de lait<\/li><li>1 feuille de g\u00e9latine<\/li><li>15 cl de cr\u00e8me fleurette<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Comment faire :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9parer la dacquoise&nbsp;:<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamiser la farine avec\nla poudre d\u2019amandes et le sucre glace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monter les blancs en\nneige avec 50 g de sucre en poudre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporer le m\u00e9lange\ntamis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser dans un moule \u00e0\ncharni\u00e8re pr\u00e9alablement tapiss\u00e9 de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et lisser la surface avec\nune spatule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saupoudrer de sucre\nglace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfourner 18 minutes\npuis d\u00e9mouler sur une grille et laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poser un cercle \u00e0\np\u00e2tisserie sur un plat de service doubl\u00e9 d\u2019une bande de rodho\u00eed \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poser le disque de\ndacquoise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9parer le croquant pralin\u00e9:<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire fondre la\npralinoise au bain marie puis ajouter les gavottes \u00e9miett\u00e9es entre les mains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser sur la dacquoise\net \u00e9taler sur \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une spatule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placer au frigo \u00bd heure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9parer la mousse au chocolat au lait&nbsp;:<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placer la feuille de\ng\u00e9latine dans un bol d&rsquo;eau froide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire fondre le\nchocolat au bain marie. En parall\u00e8le porter le lait \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, hors du feu\najouter la g\u00e9latine essor\u00e9e et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser le lait en 3\nfois sur le chocolat fondu en m\u00e9langeant bien \u00e0 chaque fois.
