Les ajouter aux blancs avec la poudre de noisettes, m\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement et verser dans un moule carr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Faire cuire 15 min \u00e0 200\u00b0. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9mouler et laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour le croustillant :<\/strong> Faire fondre le chocolat et ajouter le pralin\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer, incorporer les cr\u00eapes dentelles bris\u00e9es et m\u00e9langer encore. Etaler sur le carr\u00e9 de g\u00e9noise aux noisettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour la mousse :<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre la g\u00e9latine \u00e0 ramollir dans l\u2019eau froide pendant 10 minutes puis chauffer le lait et la faire fondre en m\u00e9langeant bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire fondre le chocolat Dulcey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser le lait en trois fois sur le chocolat fondu et bien m\u00e9langer. Laisser ti\u00e9dir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monter la cr\u00e8me liquide en chantilly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Une fois le chocolat presque froid, y incorporer la chantilly en ajoutant des petites quantit\u00e9s \u00e0 la fois.
