Pas de cr\u00e8me non plus ?\u00a0\ud83e\udd28 S&rsquo;il y a un pot de mascarpone cela suffira pour faire cette brioche\u00a0\ud83d\ude0b<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g de farine T55<\/li>\n<li>20 g de levure de boulanger fraiche<\/li>\n<li>250 g de mascarpone<\/li>\n<li>80 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>2 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>90 g de lait ti\u00e8de<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c \u00e0 c de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Comment faire :<\/h3>\n<p>Dans la cuve du robot, mettre la levure, le lait ti\u00e8de, le mascarpone, le sucre , les oeufs entiers, la farine et le sel.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te durant une dizaine de minutes \u00e0 vitesse moyenne.<\/p>\n<p>Couvrir de film \u00e9tirable et laisser lever dans un endroit ti\u00e8de pendant 2 heures.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9gazer la p\u00e2te, puis la d\u00e9couper en une vingtaine portions de taille \u00e9gale (peser pour plus de pr\u00e9cision)<\/p>\n<p>Former des boules en farinant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les mains et le plan de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Disposer les boules dans un moule rond ou rectangulaire sans les espacer.
