Filmer et placer au frais pendant 1 heure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Pendant ce temps \u00e9plucher et couper les poires et pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me amandine.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battre le beurre avec le sucre. Ajouter les \u0153ufs et bien fouetter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter l\u2019extrait d\u2019amande, les amandes en poudre et la farine. Bien m\u00e9langer \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une spatule ou d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eplucher les poires et les couper en fines lamelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garder une demie poire qui sera plac\u00e9e debout, au centre de la tarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrer un moule \u00e0 tarte de 24 ou 28 cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sortie la p\u00e2te du frigo, l\u2019\u00e9taler et foncer le moule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Piquer le fond \u00e0 la fourchette et cuire \u00e0 blanc pendant 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laisser ti\u00e9dir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monter la temp\u00e9rature du four \u00e0 200 \u00b0C.<br><br>Etaler la cr\u00e8me amandine sur toute la surface de la p\u00e2te refroidie, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re ou d\u2019une spatule coud\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>D\u00e9poser la poire au centre et les tranches de poires en rosace tout autour.<br>Parsemer quelques amandes effil\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfourner environ 45 minutes (\u00e0 surveiller, selon les fours&nbsp;!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s cuisson, d\u00e9mouler et laisser refroidir sur une grille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"pdfprnt-buttons pdfprnt-buttons-post pdfprnt-top-bottom-right\"><a href=\"https:\/\/jardingourmandisa.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fposts%2F1380&print=print\" class=\"pdfprnt-button pdfprnt-button-print\" target=\"_blank\"><img src=\"https:\/\/jardingourmandisa.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/pdf-print\/images\/print.png\" alt=\"image_print\" title=\"Print Content\" \/><span class=\"pdfprnt-button-title pdfprnt-button-print-title\">Imprimer la recette<\/span><\/a><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Imprimer la recette Imprimer la recette<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_mi_skip_tracking":false},"categories":[112,1,176,126],"tags":[25,108,146,38,21],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.7.2 -
