R\u00e2per le zeste et le verser dans un verre. Presser le jus et verser dans le m\u00eame verre jusqu&rsquo;en haut.<br>Remplir un verre d&rsquo;huile \u00e0 m\u00eame hauteur.<br>Monter les blancs en neige et r\u00e9server.<br>Fouetter les jaunes avec le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une mousse claire et volumineuse.<br>Verser petit \u00e0 petit le jus d&rsquo;orange et l&rsquo;huile.<br>Tamiser la farine avec la Ma\u00efzena et la levure et ajouter tout en fouettant \u00e0 petite vitesse. Enfin, ajouter les blancs en neige \u00e0 la spatule, doucement, en soulevant sans fouetter.
