Incorporer en dernier lieu la farine et le cacao&nbsp;tamis\u00e9s. M\u00e9langer doucement avec une\nspatule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser\nla p\u00e2te sur une plaque recouverte d\u2019une feuille de cuisson et \u00e9galiser la\nsurface \u00e0 la spatule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfourner\n15 minutes, puis laisser refroidir sur la feuille sans d\u00e9mouler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9pare la chantilly vanille :&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre\n\u00e0 tremper les feuilles de g\u00e9latine dans un grand bol d&rsquo;eau froide pour les\nramollir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fouetter\nla cr\u00e8me liquide avec les graines de la gousse de vanille et le sucre en poudre\njusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une chantilly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire\nchauffer les 30 g de cr\u00e8me et ajouter les feuilles de g\u00e9latine essor\u00e9es et bien\nm\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la g\u00e9latine soit bien fondue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rajouter\ncette cr\u00e8me \u00e0 la chantilly pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment mont\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien\nm\u00e9langer au fouet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser\nla chantilly dans le moule \u00e0 b\u00fbche doubl\u00e9 d\u2019une feuille guitare ou d\u2019un tapis\nrelief de d\u00e9cor en prenant soin de faire faire remonter sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s du moule\net \u00e9galiser avec le dos d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re pour creuser un int\u00e9rieur r\u00e9gulier et\narrondi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couvrir\nd&rsquo;un papier film et placer au cong\u00e9lateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9parer la mousse au chocolat :&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire\nchauffer le lait et le verser sur le chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien\nm\u00e9langer au fouet. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le chocolat soit bien fondu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monter\nla cr\u00e8me en chantilly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporer\n1\/3 de la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e dans le chocolat fondu temp\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer\nvigoureusement au fouet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter\nle restant de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e et m\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la spatule type maryse.\nVerser la pr\u00e9paration obtenue dans une poche \u00e0 douille et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer\nle sirop au kirsch en faisant bouillir les ingr\u00e9dients quelques minutes et le\nlaisser ti\u00e9dir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9parer le\ncroustillant pralin\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire\nfondre le chocolat. M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange\nhomog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Montage :&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prendre\nle biscuit chocolat, d\u00e9coller la feuille de cuisson et d\u00e9couper une bande de 25\ncm de long et 4 cm de large.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sortir\nla b\u00fbche du cong\u00e9lateur et garnir le fond avec la mousse au chocolat sur 2 cm\nd&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9poser\nla bande de biscuit et l&rsquo;enfoncer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dans la mousse au chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec un pinceau, imbiber le biscuit avec le sirop au kirsh qui aura ti\u00e9di.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garnir \u00e0\nnouveau de mousse au chocolat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis\npiquer les griottines dans la mousse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couvrir\nd&rsquo;une seconde bande de biscuit de 25 cm de long et 7 cm de large et imbiber \u00e0\nnouveau avec le sirop.
